Once an order is confirmed, Durgesh Furnishing Pvt. Ltd. will not accept return or refund requests . However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.

• Damaged or Defective Product: If the mattress is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
• Non-Compliance with Specifications: If the received product does not match the specifications mentioned at the time of purchase.

Customers must notify Durgesh Furnishing Pvt. Ltd. of any issues within 5 days from the date of mattress delivery.

Send an email to durgeshrrr@gmail.com with the order number,image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received to be sent and a brief description of the issue.

1.3 Return Process:

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, which may include providing additional information or images for assessment.

Upon approval, customers will be instructed on how to return the mattress.

1.4 Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund process will be initiated within 10 days of receiving the returned mattress.

2.1 Cancellation Period:
